The MSD DPhil day was well attended by the DPhil members of our group Luke Baxter, Miranda Buckle, Maria Cobo, and Deniz Gursul.

Luke gave an excellent talk on predicting infant pain from resting state brain activity which elicited some interesting questions; Miranda presented a poster of her original work on brain changes associated with eye screening in babies; and Deniz was part of the student organisation committee which successfully planned the day, which involved student talks and posters from across the division, as well as an insightful journal panel and keynote speaker.
