If you are interested in learning more about the development of the human infant brain then get in touch. We have lots of opportunities for students and staff to join our research group.

Students

We offer research placements that can last a few weeks, months or years (DPhil in Paediatrics), attracting UK and international students from a diverse range of backgrounds. Previous students have had a background in neuroscience, mathematics, physics, engineering, medicine and physiology.

We also offer FHS projects for undergraduate Medicine and Biomedical Science students at Oxford and projects for Graduate Entry Medical students.

If you are interested in applying for a place on our Paediatric DPhil programme or would like to undertake a shorter research project then please get in touch with Rebeccah Slater or Caroline Hartley, depending on your research interest (rebeccah.slater@paediatrics.ox.ac.uk, caroline.hartley@paediatrics.ox.ac.uk). For general enquiries please contact Vaneesha Monk (vaneesha.monk@paediatrics.ox.ac.uk).
