Annalisa Hauck

DPhil student

Annalisa joined the Paediatric Neuroimaging group as a DPhil student in 2020. She aims at further advancing the understanding of pain in neonates. She is funded by the Swiss Study Foundation and has been awarded a European Society for Paediatric Research Young Investigator Start-Up Grant to develop a pilot study investigating the potential of ultrasound in neonatal pain research.

Annalisa graduated with a Master of Medicine at the University of Basel (Switzerland) and is a registered physician both in Switzerland and in the UK. She is interested in the development of the central nervous system in the perinatal period and has previously completed other research projects in basic and clinical research in this area.

She is a member of Lincoln College and Lincoln College MCR academic co-representative.
